What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal only. PayPal accept cards such as Visa and Mastercard.

I’ve ordered something, can I add more things to my order?
Yes, of course! If you buy more products on the same day, we’ll ship them as part of the same order. They may or may not ship together in the same box, however.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the nature of our business, and orders being immediately forwarded to printing partners and designers, it is not always possible to cancel sending orders as they could have already been shipped.

If you have placed an order and it has already been shipped, we can still help you by issuing a return for the item once it arrives. We will however try our best to assist if you would like to move forward with a cancellation.

Please contact us using this form, remembering to include your order number, and the email address the order was placed from, and we will immediately contact the printer or designer to see if the cancellation is possible.

Please be aware that our offices are in Tallinn, Estonia, so if this request is placed out of our office hours, we will look into it as soon as we are available.

My payment card isn’t being accepted, what’s going on?
This might be because the information has not been entered correctly, but if you’ve checked all the entered information and it is definitely correct, you could try a different card, PayPal, or you can contact us via this form and we’ll look into it for you.

How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer returns and exchanges, no questions asked. Our policy is Free delivery world wide. But in case of return customer pay for all returns. If you receive something and decide that it is not for you, you can return it within 14 days, undamaged and in its original packaging.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary based on location. For shipping within the EU, please allow 5-7 business day. For shipping outside of the EU, please allow 10-12 business days. 

How much is shipping?
All shipping is free.

Where do you ship to?
We ship for free worldwide except for China, North Korea and few other countries.
